1. The wall is slats at an angle. How do they define the "American side" 2. To what height are they painting? No ladders in sight. 3. At the speed they are going, it's going to take a very long time to paint it all; is overtime involved? 4. Is the 85 B$ going to cover this? And the ruined clothes?

5. The US side is North facing. Sunlight comes from the South, and the actual impact will be minimal (among so many other reasons).
