I’m not in any way claiming responsibility for the fact that lots of people are making a comparison today. But here’s proof that I was likening AI to Clippy nearly a year ago.

AI images are also a joke. This week (for fun), I asked Photoshop's AI to make me an image of kids learning about landscape architecture (a stretch, I know), and it gave me a picture of kids huddled around floor plans with tiny fake trees placed on top of them. Uh, no thanks.
