Let Orange skidmark declare an emergency - it is an emergency, he is the emergency - the sooner this all falls apart and burns, the sooner reason can prevail, criminality can be halted, the leaders and enablers deposed, jailed, or dealt with appropriately given a revolution, and sanity can return.
If nobody is legally challenging the current emergency declarations—and Congress is doing nothing—I don’t see how any of this can be dealt with.
