As a resident of (SW) Florida for 4 years now, it’s not just ‘on brand’ for Randy Fine—every person I’ve met since moving here behaves like this at one point or another. I’m sure there’s normal, well-to-do people who act like mature adults somewhere in this state, but WHERE?!
