It's possible he's receiving IV treatment for Alzhiemers. I'm pretty sure those are IV bruises on his hand.

I hope so, cuz that stuff doesn't really work (barely statistically significant) and causes brain bleeds.

I'm afraid I don't know much about the IV treatments. Of course, he could just be receiving IV diuretics because of congestive heart failure. Either way, he's not healthy.
