Not sure I follow? The enhanced subsidies go towards people buying plans on the individual market exchanges. The people who get Medicaid usually have very little or no premiums/cost share.

You’re probably more right than I am. Technically if you’re on Medicare/aid your costs don’t necessarily go up but the hoops you need to jump through do. Medicare/aid expansion programs like subsidized individual plans are about to go thru the roof.
