Anyone in IT should be able to pull up the sites visited at the time of the board meeting from the local routers, as well as logs from the computer connected to his TV that confirm the network connection from that device. If he pushes back, ask why records on company devices should be kept private.
Not just company devices, but government devices. Let's hope he was dumb enough to think he was in the clear once he deleted his browser history. Even in Oklahoma, this has too much legs for him to successfully push back against a forensic exam
