Hi Kathy/Jen, I don't subscribe to Netflix but can tell you the just-released series "Dos tumbas" is the talk of the town here. Personally I prefer the state TV app www.rtve.es/play/

P.S. If you'll actually be in Spain and have access to a smart TV, then the world will be your oyster because the app has so much variety to offer. Personally, I'm fond of news programmes, films, documentaries and bike races.

I imagine your Spanish is somewhat better than mine. I've done about a year of classes in between work, I currently translate Fairy Tales for fun as that's my level!

It's free in Spain although I don't know whether you can open an account wherever you are. While not a big fan of series I did like "El ministerio del tiempo".
