No, its not. It's both sides fault. In fact, JD is the one who broke the tie. She's at fault but its not all her fault. Voters are to blame too.

Yes, exactly. I'm very sorry that a lot of people are going to be hurt by the bill. But it's very difficult (and, IME, ultimately unsuccessful) to try to care about people more than they care about themselves. This was all avoidable. It's too bad enough people didn't vote to avoid it.
