From a legal standpoint, Epstein wasn't convicted related to her case. He was unalived before he was tried. No one was ever found guilty of having sex with any kids she was found guilty of sex trafficking and no one else was found guilty of the conspiracy she is in jail for. A 1 person conspiracy?
He wasn't found guilty because he was dead. Does being dead removed the conspiracy?
If there's no one else convicted in the conspiracy, how can there be a conspiracy, from a strictly legal standpoint? A conspiracy by definition requires more than 1 person being involved in the crime.
If one party is dead, does that mean you didn't conspire with them while they were alive?
