No. Their parents smoked like chimneys, most drank like fish, and doctors weren't officially recommending expectant mothers to stop those till the 70s. Add in the MASSIVE MASSIVE amounts of lead starting to leech into their brains now, and we're fucked. They have NO cognitive functions left.
