Laws. the constitution, policies, etc. don't seem to matter anymore. The lower courts are trying to be the last line of defense but look at what's happening, they've become somewhat powerless. I expect the SCOTUS to side with Trump. I agree with the one other poster, the USA is dead or close to it.

I predict it’ll be overturned. The idea that a statute that empowers the president to impose sanctions, but not tariffs, seems a bit daft.
