Human rights, for everyone, but especially the most vulnerable among us, are not a purity test. They should be the very lowest bar.

100% agree I’m not endorsing Newsom or ANYone. The World is watching the USA struggle/falter w/ the most publicly planned descent into authoritarianism ever documented & what we see most are the “left” pointing fingers at each other. If Newsom isn’t the right guy, field & prop up someone better.
