True but I'm not sure I want to see what happens next. Can we just proceed to un-unite the supposed United States? It's all obviously too big to govern from 3000 miles away anymore & we're too divided. Way past time for every state to become a country and stop the blue state tax giveaways.
"What happens next" is the million-dollar question. I don't know. We will have to find a new and better way forward, because there is no going back. Dissolving the Union means state lines will become international borders, which I see as highly problematic. Think it all the way through.
