How did these people get so wealthy because I’m not seeing any basic intelligence or talent

white men insisting how great they are and should be the only ones allowed power but each day we see its the exact opposite: senators, big law, tech, uni boards, business all weak, craven, w/o integrity or principals. I see why they are afraid w/ equal opportunity they would all be replaced.
