Does this latest and greatest and bestest model have yet the ability to respond with "I do not know"? I'm tired of wasting hours chasing bugs because the chatterbots would much rather make something up than admit that a solution isn't possible.

Anything less isn't worth incrementing the major version, and hasn't been for a long time. And I most certainly won't believe any claims of even the most rudimentary "reasoning" capabilities without it.
