He's incentivized by the system to preserve the system. Ultimately, what we ideally end up with is a world where he needs to find a new job because nobody needs a lawyer to move into a new home.
I think if you were to speak to any immigration attorney including Aaron and asked what they want changed in the immigration system they would ask how much time you have and then say “everything”
