Yeah I just don’t think that Aaron, as an immigration attorney, is asking that we simply let the administration run roughshod over human rights. And while the rule of law holds—even as it bends cracks and weakens—you’re not going to see a lawyer promote extrajudicial killings.
But he's also saying we're not allowed to point out the very real very substantial similarities to concentration camps because somehow saying "we know where this goes and it's a place we don't want to reach" cheapens the legacy of the Holocaust more than repeating it.

Now, if he was (wisely) advocating the "shut the fuck up about illegal plans on social media" that many other smart people say I'd be with him, but his protest seems to be at least partly just "don't even consider illegal resistance".
