FEMA? I understood failure to spend appropriated money correctly was a crime. I’d say, we spend ICBM money to refit an aircraft we asked another country to give us…that would be illegal. Also, what happens when FL or La gets leveled by a hurricane?
I hope all those Floridians who lose their homes in the next hurricane think of this facility that FEMA paid for.
