2. It’s a Christian Nationalist Trojan Horse This stems directly from Trump’s February 2025 executive order combatting so-called “anti-Christian weaponization” of government. This is about embedding conservative Christian values in public institutions, not supporting religious pluralism.
3. It Creates Unsafe Workplaces Religious coercion, especially from supervisors, is inherently threatening. Even without outright harassment, the power imbalance makes any invitation to “join my faith” feel like pressure.
4. This Sidesteps Democracy This policy wasn’t passed by Congressas this is an internal agency memo prompted by executive order; a political power grab that rewrites the rules of public service without public input.

Hopefully, defining harassment will be based on the person reporting harassment, not the person committing the harassment. Like they claim sexual harassment is. But it will probably be just like sexual harassment actually is, where we are told to calm down if we ever report harassment.
