I live in Minneapolis and bike all over the city, never feel unsafe and am amazed by all the people using the parks: yoga, kayaking, sailing, swimming, playgrounds, splash pools, birthday parties, free music…I could go on! This is propaganda, and Miller is completely ignorant.
