I have never tried making moussaka* at home, but if I grew eggplant, I would give it a try. * If you have never had it before, get thee to a good Greek restaurant and prepare to have your life changed.

I’ve had it, it’s great but I’ve never tried to make it and frankly it’s a little intimidating. This will likely be ganoush or parm but lots more on the way so maybe we will try it.

I'm also intimidated about trying to cook some international cuisine at home, and I don't know why. Because every time I make a leap of faith, I realize it's just food. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but you can always order a pizza. 😀
