The people protesting at your events are not enemies of America — they are citizens exercising their constitutional right to speak up when they disagree. That’s not “whining.” That’s democracy.
If your vision for serving South Carolina is to insult and belittle those who challenge you, then it’s hard to see how that makes our country stronger or safer. What we need are leaders who unite us, not those who profit from pitting us against each other.
