My guess is probably not yet bcs it would be impossible to hide. However, I do believe he is incapacitated - still alive but unconscious/unresponsive.

It's extremely possible to hide - his circle of loyalists would be perfectly suited to keep it hush hush at least for a while, a few days at least.
