For my friends who love the tales of series, I'm playing vesperia right now and wanna pick up Symphonia and graces but I need help. Do I need to listen to every party skit??? Do I miss story if I don't? It just has been killing the pacing for me so far

The skits really grow the cast because they showcase their interactions between events, including thoughts of ongoing events, personal issues/expectations, and even just gags. It's a Tales staple. They aren't mandatory, but they have a huge impact on the games interpersonal storytelling.
so back in the day i used to barely watch skits enjoy them now but i think youre mostly fine if u dont watch them because back then I didnt and i wasnt super confused at least
Awesome. I don't mind watching them but sometimes I just wanna keep the story moving cause I'm hooked lol.

I'm half and half. Most of them are just silly but you get titles and items so it's kinda your choice? Most of them are pretty funny and random but... Tough to listen to too
I didn't realize you get items and titles from them. Maybe ill just skip through them so I can atleast get the stuff. Vesperia is bomb so far but damn after awhile, I just want to get back to the game
