I know everything involving gods in theoretical, but does it matter who controls Palestine/Israel for the “2nd coming”? If the messiah is so goddamned powerful, why would it matter if the entire region is predominately Muslim? As a non-scholar of Abrahamic religions, none of this makes sense to me.
