I love the idea of different countries in a fantasy world being at different tech levels. I especially love the idea of one country having trains. Their country is crisscrossed with train tracks, but its starting to branch out into other nearby nations. Connecting their big trade centers.

Two hours left for tonight. Three days and I have two days off.
I can relate to having a messed up brain that tells me everyone hates me and constantly struggling to fight it off. I however am a coward and don’t put myself in uncomfortable social situations and try to hide from them.
Friday is just another day but I’m not physically dead.
It's stuff like this that gives people pause about supporting this guy. He's got three years to stop this and we've got three years to find someone who can clap back online and also not hurt our most vulnerable citizens.

Didn't love this weeks Strange New Worlds. Didn't hate it, but it felt off.
I am lightly horrified by how many people have now looked up their books and found out their publishers (who often were required contractually!!!!) just... didn't register the copyrights on books. Not all of them! Just sporadically! This is not just one publisher, I've seen all the big ones now.

If I were to run Urban Arcana myself I'd go full weird and have something happened that made everyone aware of the hidden fantastic beings among them. The veil/magic/whatever would have kept the world from descending into total chaos.
Every time I think the man can't say something dumber than the last thing he said, then he opens his mouth and more stupidity comes out.
Last three episodes of Season 2 of Twisted Metal were a lot of fun. Really dig this show. With where it was left off I sure as hell hope there is a season 3.

For like six months the battery in my xbox controller hasn't been holding a charge. So I had to use it wired. In that time I've moved and unhooked it and hooked it back up. Still wasn't charging. This morning the cord got pulled out, plugged it back in and it charged. Seems to be holding. Weird.

I don't think where it started it was, but I think where it ended up it is at least partially, maybe even fully, cyberpunk.

Apparently some folks are wearing Reagan/Bush '84 t-shirts as a stealth way of supporting MAGA. I actually saw one in the wild at a Beloit Sky Carp game a couple weeks back. That's not as stealthy as they think. It's a straight road from Reagan to where we are now.
