Watched Aggro Drift, a long, boring collection of video game cutscenes strung together w/bad poetry and lame action. Harmony Korine is washed. How this was only 80 mins boggled me, felt like 4 hrs. Edgelord lol.

Rewatched Kurosawa's High and Low (1963) and that film starts tense and doesn't let up for 143 mins. Claustrophobic pressure cooker that's so good that I have zero desire to see a remake of it.

I never knew they tried this w/VHS tapes. Family Video kept meticulous records on its tapes. We had a copy at my FV store of CLERKS that had made $346 in rentals over its life & was still going strong in 1999.
