Decided to fix breakfast/brunch food for the three day weekend to use up supplies. Made Spiced Blueberry Frosted Mini-Wheats Muffins, NYT Butter-Swim Biscuits & 3-Pepper Country Sausage Gravy, and a Hash made from Sausage, Onions, Garlic, leftover Baked Potato, Eggs and Habanero Pepper-Jack Cheese!
