I’ve worked out that if I book 2 days annual leave - the Tuesday and Wednesday before Christmas, I will have 10 days off in a row. 🥳
My nephew and niece started secondary school today. There’s 10 months between them. The nephew (ADHD) has made loads of friends already. He’s very outgoing. My niece has lost her friends to other classes. That happened to me. They’re just starting their roller coaster of school life.

My COPD appointment was helpful today. The nurse is going to bug my GP to put me back on codeine. My bones are buggered and I can’t take anti inflammatory meds. I’m also getting a new spacer and my next inhalers will be stronger.
