The DR always prescribes physio but I'm not getting much benefit. By the time it gets booked, I'm probably over whatever happened, and they give you an exercise to do, same as they do, for home. I just stay home and do those. Pain or not, I still stretch every morning, sometimes screaming along
discomfort from cold than pain. I'll use a heating pad when needed, and rub in that hot-cold gel first and apply heat, and a cup of heroin (just kidding, spoonful should do it LOL)

I have soft bones too. For an old guy, in very good shape, I'm fragile as hell. I put my torso against a fence to hold it up while I tied a rope to the tree. I cracked my ribs. I was swinging my arm in the house and it struck the door jam in passing and broke, while x-raying, they said, wasn't it

A close friend who died last week, used to make lotions, and lozenges. I'm addicted to candy so I can't eat any *enhanced* candy, I don't know if I could stop once I start. But, positive results, same with topicals. He swears, don't throw out your leaves. Grind them into paste, topicals.

I just noticed, it's not just CBD oil, there's THC too. LOL it works, that's all I got. A bottle of liquid with a measuring syringe for exact amounts each time. I think it's rather expensive, but I haven't purchased anything yet.
It's probably not available there. But I had problems with consistency of THC with Recreational supply vs medical supply. I've got the medical caps and oil. You wake with monsters in the night, take a cap and go back to bed. Other veterans are helping me with different issues. I'm working on script
DR X-rayed hip, then after another week, getting knee done next. The sharp pain and limp went away after a few shots of CBD. Tylenol III was too much codeine, but XTRA strength and an anti-inflammatory helped a lot. I got to sleep twice without pain this week.
BTW, for a different reason, I happen to be taking CBD meds, and the oil helped the hip/knee more than painkillers

I am 76 & I have had most of these vaccinations at one time or another. Also vaccinations against Covid, Tetanus, plus Cholera & Yellow Fever when travelling in foreign countries. These prevented me catching horrible diseases & dying a gruesome death. They did not harm me, they protected me!

The left is a Russula, I could tell by the loud SNAP when I pulled it from the ground. The right is an Agaricus!
