I know this ‘new’ company probably doesn’t have any IPs from the past anymore. Yet, I still expected to see some kind of reboot or remaster to show up in the stream.
I really don’t know what to think of Acclaim coming back. Got to be honest though, I don’t really understand the vision after that stream.

I think the buttons on the top of the joycon are so sensitive they kept accidently triggering when I was moving my hands as fast as I could to move.
Boy I really hope this isn’t all just a sign that my Switch 2 joycon are starting to fail already…
I just watched that tonight as well. Solid flick.
I think positioning the joycons as mice and rapidly moving to gain speed sometimes clicks the sensitive buttons on the top. This was triggering false actions. But even when I’d line up for a shot in the heat of the moment it seemed to fail a lot.
How were you playing it? Lap or on a flat surface? Did you make any false passes or movements?
You really need to play it! I wonder if the gameplay would be more natural to you right out of the gate.
The motion controls confuse your actions constantly. It was so bad that I was passing when I didn’t want to. Anytime I was super close to the net it regularly failed to register my movement for a throw. It needs a whole new control scheme. This one isn’t it.
That Drag x Drive: Global Jam on Switch 2 is super terrible. Awful motion controls that activate unintentionally constantly. This is the kind of game that can scare people away from double mouse input concepts. Just a freaking mess.

They are both very very good games.

The Stadia folks did a lot of the same stuff. Announcements and claims that ended up not being true or extremely misleading. If I were them I'd be very cautious. Eventually all the lies catch up!
I've been loving these remasters/enhanced versions of classic ID Software developed and published titles lately. The fact that they continue to give these away for free to pre-existing owners is a huge plus!

I rushed to pre-order this during the mid break of a Broadway show. Ever since that moment @takiudon.bsky.social has been expanding and adding more features to it. My excitement for this thing has been building up further and further!
Any video that you launch after a long break or a change in theme will lose viewers. The majority who unsubscribe or drop off are folks that just want to free up their feeds or have grown away from the videos you make. I wouldn't be worried. It happens to everybody!
This is a heavy recommendation. I've been playing this on Steam for a while now. This game is just packed with so many games!

Always be careful with Kirkland batteries. We take them out regularly when we're done using them in a device. They have a tendency to leak!
Haven't seen one of these in a super long time! Never got to use it myself. That is supposed to be a keyboard that you can type on with minimal finger movement.
I'd argue Nintendo did't have to offer any middle ground option to publishers. They set the rules. All they've done is tainted the physical game pool for the Switch 2 launch. Now a library of games are out there roaming the wilds that could be functionless in the future. Very stupid move.
They don't need to conduct a survey. Game-Key Cards are a terrible idea and they make absolutely no sense for anyone. Nintendo are not staffed by morons and they already know nobody likes this.

I think the Donner cut makes it less of a 'choice'. To me it felt like they were trying to establish that it was more a punishment for falling for a human. The immediate sting and regret after seeing the broadcast and the walk back without powers? Likely a lot longer in the original vision.

I like the design fine enough! I just feel that the games don't need to look so similar in presentation. They could switch it up and change the visual aesthetic to make the games stand out a bit from one another.
Square Enix has this one visual style for their RPGs that is being used a lot. I liked it the first time I saw it. But now whenever I see it my eyes kind of glaze over. (None of these images are from the same game by the way)
