Re Birthright Citizenship. Now that 9th Circuit has weighed in here is hoping - probably unrealistically - that Scotus does the right thing and refuses to take up Trump’s appeal. This is so black and white the court doesn’t even need to take it up. The precedent is in place and it is sufficient.
