I was a septa kid a long time ago, & I still am every time I come home to visit. I’m happy to donate to a candidate who will advocate for working people & the infrastructure they need to fully participate in life.
While SEPA kids are scrambling to get to school, or their parents are trying to figure out how to get to work, or even get to the pharmacy or grocery store, the Lead Republican negotiator would rather fundraise for his own reelection - 3 Yrs Away, than actually find a way to #FundTransit in PA (2/3)

I don’t drive anymore for medical reasons, & I’ve been using an e bike for a couple years. I really wanted to be able to ride a regular bike though too so that’s what I’ve been working on. I love it. I love being just a little scared of the cars around me though. They do drive like assholes.
It’s long, but it’s doable. The bike ferry is running at Canal side, which makes it really nice to at least get further south. I don’t mind jumping on the bus if I can’t make it either.
My house used to be at the other end of Seneca Creek near Union Road, so I would always ride my bike down there. It’s a little bit more complicated since I live in the city now.

How was there no line? And the cost of $1/dz donuts has been the same since bc (before covid). I know they have extensive other businesses so they could probably afford to not raise the price. It’s just nice and rare that someone isn’t trying to get every dollar out of it that they can.
