In the hope that this nurse sees this, can I just say that the vast but quieter majority of us appreciate her and all her colleagues from overseas,and the wonderful care they provide, without whom we should have no NHS. I doubt she will,but I hope she reconsiders. We need and value her.

This is why Iām very suspicious of these polls showing huge leads for reform. I suspect the polls are being used as a means of influence of opinion rather than measurement of it, as Peter Hitchens once said. Realise that and it all suddenly makes sense!
