Absolutely, Iβve never seen everything so dry. Iβm a bit worried for the flappy creatures, they should have been feasting on hogweed and ragwort but the stunted bits that did grow are long dead already. Letβs hope the ivy coming into flower now feeds them up well for the winter πΌπ

I donβt eat what I find either, thereβs too much that can go wrong. Weather, soil composition, all sorts can alter the appearance of a mushroom and there are so few that definitely canβt be mistaken for anything else. I leave the foraging to the experts πβπ«π
