If you feel like that is too big a step, start small, but do it in a way that you know will get the result you are looking for. Ask people if they did something fun this week if you are too shy to ask the poop question, but make sure to keep at it. Branch out, do more over time, grow that bubble.
Actually, best story ever incoming. Was in a place where nobody was talking and that sorta environment just makes me anxious, so i went and asked everyone if they pooped today because this "room felt constipated" and everyone started laughing. you can pick fight over flight.
I can literally just pick fight instead of flight with social anxiety now and that is pretty cool. I got so sick of being anxious that i actually started challenging it instead of running away. Now all thats left is managing my social battery, and I'm cool with that! Ask a stranger if they pooped

2/2 This video is possibly the most vulnerable one I have made since its about a friend i thought i lost to suicide for over a decade and then found they were still alive and well. That kind of vulnerability is really hard for me. I'm going to let it sit for the time it needs.
