The photo captures a tropical shoreline at low tide under a deep blue sky. In the foreground, pale cream-colored sand is sculpted into long, evenly spaced ripples by the retreating water. These ridges and shallow troughs stretch diagonally into the distance, and in the mid-distance, the lines begin to form gentle, parallel curves. They continue seamlessly into the shallow turquoise water, where the sunlight plays on the submerged sand patterns. Small fragments of dark seaweed are scattered along the troughs. Beyond the ripples, a line of lush green palm trees and other coastal vegetation runs parallel to the shore, backed by dramatic white cumulus clouds billowing high against the blue sky.

Netanyahu issued this statement because Israel just bombed journalists in a hospital, then bombed the rescue workers that showed up on live TV, and he knows anyone with a conscience will be horrified. That’s not a “tragic mishap”. And there will be no “thorough investigation”.
