Really enjoyed Lenny Henry in Every Brilliant Thing about the importance of protecting mental health. It’s well written, thought, smile & tear provoking. It’s a one person play with lots of planned audience participation - he was perfect for it. He will be a hard act to follow.
My legs felt very tired before today’s Catford #parkrun, so I went for a slower option - pushing a friend’s 2 year old round in his buggy; jumping, laughing & peep-bo afterwards, plus catching up with friends, with artistic cone and arrow placement (course set up) before. #RunningPunks #GreenRunners
