The N73 and N95 were bulletproof. That keyboard mechanism on the N97 was a bit touchy but it lasted me for a few years until I went Android.
I loved my Symbian phones. I had that 3650, a Nokia N73, a Nokia N95 (two-way slider!), and a Nokia N97 (full touchscreen that tilted up to reveal a QWERTY keyboard). The OS was pretty solid and they all had killer cameras for the time. Mine were all eBay imports with my T-Mobile SIM stuck in them
