Fighting antisemitism and free speech are not mutually exclusive and the Trump administrationโs pitting of one against the other undermines foundational constitutional rights and does nothing to ensure that our campuses are safe & welcoming for all students.
Recent court rulings also call out the arbitrary & capricious manner by which this admin is refusing to provide a reasoned explanation for its actions or consider relevant evidence in making its decisions.
