When the children were still at home we would do a crock-pot burrito thing every couple of weeks 5-min prep-4 Chicken breasts (hehe-I said breasts) with a whole container of salsa in the pot on low for 8hrs. Tortilla & cheese for serving Food for everyone (sometimes visitors) for a couple of days
