my therapist calls this "chunking" which was a new word for me but its apparently great for adhders like me with executive function issues like time management. so. i stumbled on it myself lol hell yeah
there are still hurdles to time management for me but the daily consistency part feels solid now finally.
it is insane how much drawing just in hour sessions every day lets me get done. not just one hour (one hour per piece) so i have time to work on two or more things a day (or get progress on them) and both time periods ive chosen are before and after times during the day i am most distracted
