Taken from a vantage point above the voe (Shetland dialect for a sea loch / Fjord) at around 8:00pm. The still waters of the voe are ruffled in places by a gentle breeze. High in the sky a half moon, made bright by the last rays of the setting sun, hangs in the sky and is reflected in the still waters. The fading light of the gloaming (twilight) turns the scene blue with the low hills surrounding the voe turned to near silhouettes.
