If JD is overly meddling in firing and hiring a new coach then I think Leon will be the 1st to leave. It sucks that he rarely talks to media.. However, this FO earned my trust to find the right coach for this team no matter how absurd the process looks form the outside or how long it takes!
This FO made some wrong moves along the way like signing Kemba, trading for Reddish, drafting Toppin at 8, etc.. But they course corrected quickly to steady the ship. I'm getting tied of people getting impatient with hiring a coach. We don't even have a 1 round pick!

We've come a long way since Thibs was hired 5 years by this FO & we've seen a pattern aleady with some of the shortcomings with Thibs.I'm not concerned with the process this FO takes to hiring the next coach,will judge based on the philosophy/process the coach uses and ofcourse the results
It's getting rediculous.. All these people saying that Knicks needed to know who they will hire after firing Thibs need to look around the league on teams that fired coaches recently (Lakers, Suns, Nets, Hornets, etc...).

Thibs philosophy is to maximize wins in regular season at the expense of trying out all possible rotations. It's entirety possible new coach might have few wins than Thibs in regular season but likely lead to a longer playoff run. It's all speculation at this point not knowing who the Coach is..
