As of today the Scottish Government has scrapped peak rail fares. The STUC and environmental groups launched the Past Its Peak campaign in 2024 demanding a permanent end to peak fares on Scotland's trains.

The Scottish Government needs vision and courage. Cutting jobs is not the way to achieve quality public services; redistribution of wealth is.
