Oh, that’s just heartbreaking! I’m so sorry. I know this must be so hard for him, and for you too. Watching your child grieve someone so close is incredibly difficult. I hope he can find moments of comfort throughout this process, and be kind to himself.
I bet he will, but you never know. So far though... Only 1 of 10 that moved out are still in contact. Odds are high he cuts them off completely.
Legitimately the wildest interaction I've had with someone recently.
I found a Facebook page from when he was attempting to run for city council a few years ago, and his responses to voters were every bit as aggressive as we experienced. Out of 12 kids between them, 3 are still in contact. 2 of them only because they still live at home. I wonder why.

I think we often forget there's a HUGE difference between personal, private spiritual beliefs and organized religions with mandated practices. Religions are dangerous. They remove the power from the individual and make them believe magic comes from somewhere/someone else instead of themselves.

PSA: if your clothing is AT ALL damp from your hair, sweat, spilling water on yourself, etc; you will get flagged at airport security and patted down. I'd rather go back to just taking off my shoes at this point. We are 2 for 2 in less than 3 weeks.

OMG there was a place that I tried a few times and I added bacon to my sandwich twice, never got it either! And I made a comment to them and they were like "bacon is extra." YES I KNOW, I PAID FOR IT. Still not as bad as the owner who stalked me on Facebook, then got his fiancee to join in.
I had major beef with the McDonald's near my old house. It was one of the few places within walking distance so we went there relatively often for fries and ice cream. Every time we went, they screwed something up on a very simple order and it got to the point I just stopped going.

Definitely a first world problem lol. I just thought it was kind of funny and I left feeling very confused about what had just happened. There was only like three people in the entire store at the time. I also didn't care about the flavor or hot or cold I just wanted chai.
Me: ... Okay I'll take that. Her: so you're telling me you don't want this drink? Me: no. Because I asked for chai or matcha because I don't drink coffee. And you told me the only thing you had was a pumpkin spice chai and that it came cold. But apple spice is fine.
