I played sports my whole life growing up and have been a writer forever, so I know all about failure. But skating has a 99.999% failure rate. Getting a trick done at a spot for a video part can take hours, if not days. Just to get one good take. There is no passion less forgiving than skating.

The Future Is Analog By David Sax - A book about what did and didn't work about our "all digital future" post-pandemic.
