Ah, yeah, the shift work. I took modafinil from time to time for fatigue (MS related). Worked pretty good for me, though I couldn't take it later than 11 AM or I'd be trying out for the Olympics at 9 PM. Good luck, darlin'.

I had a panicked moment today as I thought letters on my computer screen had been Disneyfied and were crawling around. It was the teeniest (1 mm) spider I've ever seen. 😀 It has since disappeared and my heart rate is back to normal.

I feel like I'm just banging my head against a brick wall. We need folks, especially politicians, to go back to school, and learn what wetlands can do for neighborhoods. They are giant sinks, storing water, filtering it, and providing homes for vast numbers of creatures.

Yes, that's me on the Freddie Wilson Overpass after I rode up the Bog Rd to Mt Denson as part of #MSBike. I chose this route today because of all the trees and shade and only one major hill (lots of little ones). Now it's shower and nap time if I can manage to take off my socks. #MSCanada

I was thinking about that very thing this afternoon as I saw 3 cyclists on the #3 highway in Tantallon headed to Timberlea. Fingers crossed for all the cyclists having to hit the roads in the next couple of weeks.
