Is that your opinion of homeless people or do you have actual studies that show that? Are you in favor of the town that makes only one shelter available, one run by a religious organization that requires even married couples live apart (no sex allowed). How many shelters allow unmarried couples?
If the housing were decent, almost all of the homeless would be happy to accept. The problem is that the housing isn't decent, and as bad as the camps are, preferable to that "decent" housing.
"decent" is doing a lot of unjustified lifting.

That's true to an extent. Going off to college changed me a great deal, but that was due to meeting a lot of people different from those in the limited fairly conservative pool I grew up in. But I have only met one person who changed that significantly after 30 and that was a near death experience.

TCAS relies on the other plane having a transponder that is giving accurate information.
