I like to halve the cherry/grape tomatoes and toss them with olive oil and salt and pepper and cook them on the lowest oven setting for at least 30 minutes, if not longer. You can just eat them as-is, plop them in eggs or on pasta, or add them to tomato sauce for some extra zing.
I’ve always thought that it would be cool if Jack and the Widow Pazzi got together. After all, Hannibal killed her husband and he gave Jack’s wife Bella cancer. It would be nice to see some happiness come of these tragedies.
